애플페이 한국 진출하나, 한국어 고객지원 문서 오픈Tech/News 2017. 8. 31. 15:14
애플이 애플페이에 대한 한국어 고객지원 문서를 오픈했습니다. 애플페이가 한국에 조만간 진출하는 것인가 기대하게 되는데요. 한편으로는 고객지원 문서 오픈만으로는 아직 판단하기 이르다는 의견도 있습니다.
애플페이는 애플에서 제공해주는 아이폰 페이 시스템(모바일 결제 시스템)인데요. 애플은 애플페이 한국을 제외한, 일본 애플페이를 비롯해서 점차적으로 많은 나라에 지원을 확대해 나가고 있습니다. 해당 시스템은 아이폰6부터 지원되기 시작했는데요. 현재 가장 최신 아이폰인 아이폰7도 애플페이가 지원되고 있고, 아이폰8도 애플페이가 지원될 예정입니다.
하지만 정작 애플페이 한국은 지원되지 않고 있고, 이와 비슷한 삼성페이가 아이폰에서는 지원되지 않기 때문에 아이폰 사용자들은 여러 측면에서 아쉬울 수밖에 없습니다. 애플페이가 얼른 대한민국에서도 지원 되었으면 좋겠는데요. 공식 안내 페이지면 모를까, 고객지원 문서는 출시를 하기 전에도 존재할 수 있기 때문에 아직 확신하기는 이른 상태입니다.
Apple has opened a Korean customer support document for Apple Pay. It is expected that Apple Pay will enter Korea sooner or later. On the other hand, there is opinion that it is too early to judge just by opening customer support document.
Apple Pay is Apple's iPhone Pay system (mobile payment system). Apple is gradually expanding its support to a number of countries. The system has been supported since iPhone 6. Currently, the most recent iPhone, the iPhone 7, also supports Apple Pay and the iPhone 8 is expected to support Apple Pay.
However, Apple Pay is not supported in Korea, and similar system Samsung Pay is not supported on the iPhone. iPhone users in Korea is hoping that Apple Pay will be supported in Korea soon.
