타임즈가 자사의 잡지 커버를 아이폰 카메라로 촬영해 화제가 되었습니다. 타임즈가 잡지 커버 촬영에 아이폰을 사용한 것은 이번이 처음이라고 합니다.
타임즈는 브라질 출신 사진작가인 'Luisa Drr'에게 첫 번째 시리즈 기획물 "세계를 바꾼 여성들"의 모든 사진 촬영을 부탁했습니다. 그녀는 자신이 촬영하는 모든 상업적 사진을 아이폰 카메라로 촬영하는 것으로 유명한데요. 이번 촬영에도 이는 예외가 아니었습니다.
루이사 사진작가는 1년이라는 시간에 걸쳐 클린턴, 셀레나 고메즈, 신디 셔먼 등 유명 여성 인사들을 오직 아이폰만으로 촬영했는데요. 이번에는 아이폰7+ 카메라를 이용한 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
이번 촬영을 통해 아이폰 카메라 렌즈는 높은 품질의 사진을 촬영하기에도 부족함이 없다는 것을 알 수 있었는데요. 아이폰 카메라 화질 역시, 잡지 표지 프린팅에도 사용될 만큼 충분히 발전되었음을 알 수 있었습니다.
